On Labor Day, we had a cookout with our family in Cerro Gordo. After dinner, Bella, my 6-year-old sister-in-law, her mom Jami and I headed out to a nearby sunflower field in rural Decatur. Jami had had her eye on this field for a while, and I'm so glad we took advantage this very cool spot.
This is my 10-month-old niece, Joey. She's been on this blog before, so you may remember her! I apologize in advance for the non-green grass (what can you do?!), and all the Ohio State gear. NOT MY CHOICE! :) The ones where the grass is green, I actually painted it in. Oh, the joys of having Adobe Lightroom! But she looks darn cute, so we'll let it slide for now. Also, she was getting a bit upset toward the end of the session with the "football" outfit, so we're going to try those again this weekend. And Joey is going to be an awesome big sister in November! Enjoy!
